If you need to cancel your service, please call the office no later than 24 hours prior to the start of your cleaning. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee for standard residential cleanings. The cancellation fee for deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If you cancel a cleaning, we will do our best to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you. However, our schedule is made several weeks in advance so we may not be able to reschedule a recurring appointment until the week of your next appointment (i.e. a bi-weekly cleaning may not be rescheduled until 2 weeks later).
A credit card will be required to be put on file when booking a new appointment. Your credit card will be charged for the invoiced amount on the day services were rendered.
Platinum Star Services does not offer refunds. However, we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any issues with your service please contact us within 24 hours and we will send someone out the same day or the next day to address and fix the issues.
Our cleaning technicians are best able to clean your home when clothing, toys, household items, etc. are picked up off the floors to the best of your ability. We appreciate your cooperation in preparing for our cleaners to make your house shine!
